The Initiative for Public Policy Analysis (IPPA) is Nigeria's public policy research institute or think tank.
Founded in 2002, IPPA's major concern is with the principles and institutions underlying a free and open society, with particular focus on Africa and Nigeria.
We undertake a number of activities, among them research and advocacy on public policy issues.
At present, our core areas of interests include development economics, trade, entrepreneurship, property rights, education, environment, health and security.
